Does LEED track the dates of documentation that is required to be uploaded? For instance, the CWM plan is in place at commencement of construction, does it need to be proven that it was in place and how do we need to prove it. The plan is dated on the document, is that sufficient? Also, what about photos for Construction and Waste Demolition plan and photos for the Construction Indoor Air Quality Management plan.... these used to be required to have 'date stamps', but a lot of cameras don't provide that function anymore. How do I sufficiently record the dates of documentation?

Hi Kerry - Many things in the LEED are on the honor system and require quality control and oversight by the LEED project manager to ensure they are addressed according to various credit requirements. Typically requirements for developing the CWM Plan should be in the specs and a submittal for the General Contractor. If the decision to go LEED is made late, IMHO actually recycling and diverting waste from the landfill is more important than the date of the plan. All that said, I've never been asked to "prove" the date of my plan but since this is now a prerequisite, I would be extra cautious. (Note: USGBC wants teams to succeed and is willing to advise teams who start late.)
I am not aware of any requirements (LEED v4 or previous versions back to v2.0 for the commercial rating systems) that require photographs for CWM Plan. I can't speak for the Homes rating system.
You'll get better answers about date stamps if you direct your IAQ questions to or search on one of the IEQ forums; however, looking at the sample form for the LEED v4 version (http://www.usgbc.org/sampleforms), I see no mention of date stamped for BD+C or ID+C. Date and time stamped was a LEED v2009 (v3) requirement on the early form versions but are not required on the v06 form released in January 2016.
