Retail-CI-v4 EAc3:Advanced energy metering

Data storage for Submetering

Hi,

In one of my project i.e. a retail shop, we are providing submeters for power and lighting as it is more than 10% of the total load. As the LEED has the requirement that submeter shall save the data at least for 18 months. As we do not have any BMS system in the shop so, do we need to provide separate program for data storage as the selected meters(Of sneider) are compatible with remote monitoring and data storage.

As the program cost is much higher than the meter cost . Do we need to install this program/is it ok for LEED, if we do not install the program for submters.

The meters you use must meet the requirements of the advanced meters referenced in the credit language. If you can think of a creative way to accomplish the same thing then maybe you could make a case that the reviewer could consider?

Thanks Marcus for your reply. Can you please reply for my below query as i already had posted the same in the reference credit category but did not recevive any reply from LEED User. Hi, can i use below washing and dryer machine specs as energy star rated. Washing machine: Rated Capacity 9 kg Energy efficiency class - A+++ (most efficient) to D (least efficient) :  A+++ Annual energy consumption (AEC)2 kWh/year:  109 Weighted annual water consumption (AWc)3 Litres/year:  11,000   Dryer: Rated Capacity 9 kg Energy efficiency class - A+++ (most efficient) to D (least efficient) :  A+++ Annual energy consumption (AEC)2 kWh/year:  174   While searching the machines on energy star website we find that the units are available in cu feet but client has a requirements in terms of kg, is there any conversion rate for washing machine from cubic feet to the kg.

Hi Marcus, Thank you for your reply. I have posted the same question in WEp1 and WEc1 i.e. Indoor water use reduction prerequisite and credit category(Retail-CI-V4).
