Hello,
I'm working on an office building with a DataCenter. The Energy Model shows an energy gain of 1,4 % for the Data Center which doesn't achieve the minimum requirement threshold of 2%.
Does it still qualify with a proper narrative or is it mandatory to achieve the 2% ?
Thank you

Is the project a data center? Or is it an office building with a data center component? If you are certifying under the Data Center version then yes you must meet this requirement.

No It's a general purpose office building. The Datacenter represents less than 10% of the GFA.
I remember reading on the LEED v4 Guide that I should include Datacenter component in the Energy Model?

The data center must be included in the model. You only need to meet the 2% savings from the data center if you are using the data center version of LEED. Sounds like you are using NC so this requirement does not apply.
