Working on an ND project, and curious about the CWMP requirement on this credit. Can this same ND CWMP be used on individual buildilngs pursuing BD+C within the ND boundary for materials credits? Or does each building within the ND Boundary that is going for BD+C need to have its own CWMP? This wasn't entirely clear to me based on the description in the credit. In other words, can you kill two birds with one stone and use the CWMP from the ND plan to document the Credit Construction and Demolition Waste Management in the v4.1 BD+C rating system for buildings within the ND boundary?

We don't think the CWMP requirements of ND-Plan v4 are exactly the same as that of BD+C v4.1. The CWMP of ND-Plan v4 must meet at least 4 of 5 requirement options (the 5th option is similar to CWMP requirement of BD+C v4.1). If you select option 1 to option 4 for CWMP of ND-Plan v4, then your CWMP does not meet the requirements of BD+C v4.1's CWMP.
Aside from that, CWMP for BD+C v4.1 is for project registered (generally only 1 building) under BD+C v4.1. On the other hand, CWMP for ND-Plan v4 is for multiple buildings within a neighborhood area registered under ND-Plan v4. Therefore, it would be best to provide specific CWMP for each project.
