C&S: Zone level CFM info unavailable

Hi all,

We are working on a C&S project with anticipated office tenants. However, any VAV, FPB, or zone level data will be apart of the CI project in the future. How do we fill out the Min IAQ calculator for each zone if we don't have zone level cfms? The best we have is HAP outputs and general program (office, core, mechanical rooms, etc.) space types. Any and all advice is appreciated.

If the scope of the Core & Shell project does not include mechanical systems (e.g. base building air handling units), the project is exempt from the ventilation and monitoring requirements. If the scope of the Core & Shell project does include mechanical systems make reasonable assumptions based on expected space type and associated occupant count (e.g. 60% office, 20% conference room, 10% break room, and 10% corridors). Appendix 2 Default Occupancy Counts of the reference guide OR ASHRAE 62.1-2010 Table 6-1 can be used to determine occupancy counts.
