We are in a preliminary review of an EB: O + M project, persuading the Local Food production credit. As a first alternative, the building included the minimum area required by the credit. However, during the performance period, the success of the orchard / vegetable garden was a success among the occupants, since then the building manager increased the area allocated to these foods. So it is a very interesting credit to be applied and helps to integrate the building, the occupants and nature.
