CREC purchase

I am doing a CI project, in which we are attempting credit EAc4 buying doing an Indian purchase of CREC's. But unfortunately we have received an review response on the same asking for a certificate or documents confirming that the company providing CREC has met the Green-e criteria. OR a documents showing proper accounting for the eligible renewable resources sold and a proof of meaningful verification work performed by a qualified, disinterested third party. As per knowledge we have purchased the CREC from IEX as mentioned in LEED 2009 BD+C Supplemental Reference Guide with Alternative Compliance Paths for India. Just wanted to confirm that will it be applicable for LEED 2009 CI projects as well (the same alternative compliance).
