I'm working on a project with a very narrow lot line immediately adjacent to the BD&C registered project. In terms of separation of documentation, my understanding is that the BD&C project documentation must stand-alone, and be valid independently of the LEED ND documentation.

Our GC would like to comingle waste / diversion, and report a pro-rata share for the BD&C documentation efforts, as they can't locate a dumpster in the footprint available next to the new building. If a second dumpster is provided elsewhere on site, they believe cross-contamination is imminent.

Would it be acceptable to provide pro-rata calculations to satisfy LEEDv3 BD&C MRc2 diversion documentation requirements?
