Hi,
I'm working on a 3 floor 145,000 sf manufacturing-type facility with a large cold room in the Northeast. The room is a walk-in storage room set to just above freezing 24/7. Would it be correct to model this as designed in the Proposed, and use System 4 in the Baseline? I believe there needs to be electric heat assigned to it per the notes below Table G3.1.1A, but would not turn on due to the cold setpoint. Is this a viable approach?

The conditioning of this space is not for people so it sounds like it should be a process load and modeled identically.
