Hello, We are working on a project that is a combination of offices and food production. There are spaces dedicated to cold storage and we found as per PIF2 credit that we have to choose between regulary occupied space or unconditioned area, but we don't see if it fits in any of these descriptions. What should we do in this case?

Hi Merce,
Would the cold storage room fall under "unoccupied space" defined as "an area designed for equipment, machinery, or storage rather than for human activities. An equipment area is considered unoccupied only if retrieval of equipment is occasional."
