EBOM-2009 WEp1:Minimum Indoor Plumbing Fixture and Fitting Efficiency

Conventional and metering faucets

Our project has conventional faucets and metering faucets on the same floor. Each of these faucets have different defined baselines. Therefore, it is not possible to calculate an average usage for the fixture group on Table WEp1-1's online form. Users can use both faucets. In this case, how should we calculate the water use reduction of public lavatory faucet?

Take the ratio of metered faucets to conventional faucets. Apply this ratio to the total number of users to determine how many users to use for each faucet type in the calculation.
