Construction related credits in a LEED Design submission (LEED Online process)

Hi all,
We are in the process of submitting a design review for a LEED project. This
may be a simple question, but what should we do regarding targeted credits
where information will be provided in the construction stage? Do we leave the
submission template blank, or make this statement?

If you are in design review, they won't look at the construction credits even if they are marked ready for review. That's been my experience lately. They used to look at construction credits that were submitted along with design review but not now.
