Hi All,
I received the Construction Final Review back from USGBC. The project has been awarded enough points to be certified. When i click on Accept Review, i get an error message stating "Final acceptance is not allowed - Changed credits exists". I have not altered credits or their documentation in any way after i received the Construction Final Review. Why did i receive this error? Is there a step i am missing in this process? Could someone help me understand what my next steps are?
Thank you
Emily Purcell

I've had something similar happen a couple times at the point of accepting (pending points suddenly showing up under previously awarded credits) and it was a LEED Online error. I would use the feedback button in LEED Online to contact USGBC support, and make a note of which credit is "changed" (if you can identify it). If you did open a credit to edit (maybe after the design review?) but didn't actually change anything, they should be able to reset it for you as well so you can accept the certification.
