Our project is considering LEED after construction has begun. Can we meet the EAp1 requirements and thus be eligible for LEED certification?

I am in the process of verifying the Cx requirements for Volume Build Projects. It appears to me that "each building or space must demonstrate individual compliance." Thus the on-site requirements for verification of the systems installation & performance & training would be required for each individual project. Can anyone confirm this or let me know if there are any economies of scale with Volume Build where Cx is concerned. - thank you!
