We have received this comment now on a 2nd project where the review team is requiring in the baseline calculations that we input the Average from Table 1 under WEc1 Water Efficient Landscaping in the LEED v2009 Guide. In the Guide the instruction seem to direct the team to input Low, Average, High whichever may be the actual case in the baseline. There on page 185 and 186. If the baseline is a High water use turf why are we forced to claim Average? can someone explain why the LEED Online form AND the Table 1 under WEc1 even include High, and Low if we are required to only claim Average Ks and Kd?? why not in the guide say directly ONLY Input the Average for Baseline Ks and Kd?? can anyone help explain this? thank you
