Under requirement #3. Inspection and Maintenance, this credit asks teams to "consider" two other Safety First pilot credits. It's not clear if these are noted purely for reference, or if some of the requirements of both credits must be incorporated into the submittal documentation for PC 138. Given that all of these pilot credits are subject to ongoing changes, it can be a bit confusing and circular to cross-reference other pilot credits. This credit might also benefit from including some indoor air quality testing requirements to assess how revised HVAC operations and maintenance practices, altered cleaning procedures, etc are impacting a building's air quality.

Hi Trista,
I also noticed the reference to another pilot credit (Maintenance of HVAC Systems during COVID-19). I dont beleive that these are required to be pursued together, although my project is pursuing both.
Curious if anyone has acheived this credit and can shed some light here.

Our team has three recent projects which will submit for this credit. We found that teams for these sites also acheived INpc139 Safety First: Building Water System Recommissioning and INpc156 Safety First: Maintenance of HVAC systems during COVID-19. They undertook the procedures as part of their operation practices, and our team needed to document their actions.
