Does anyone know if you have submitted a CIR and gotten positive feedback on your strategy, do you have to upload the response with your credit documentation or is it linked already to your project and the review team has access and knowledge of the whole situation?

I've always mentioned the CIR in the project narrative and in the applicable credit. I think it is best to actively remind the reviewer about the CIR since they do not issue it instead of relying on them to look it up.

I agree with Susan. We had another situation once where someone knew of a CIR they got on a project, and shared it with several others. While it was project specific, and we could not reference it directly, we were able to use the justification in our submittal and gained the same result.
