One thing our team noticed was that the pilot credit requirements have changed over time.  Originally the requirement said "Facilities SHOULD provide means for the distribution of menstruation hygiene products", now that should has been changed to SHALL.  My project registered for the pilot credit before the requirements changed.

Aside from that, all washrooms in our project were designed to be single occupant, and non-gender specific, so the pilot credit requirements are met.
