I have found manufacturer documentation for all materials on a school project required to meet IEQ4.6 except for one product, a cellulose insulation (ICC Celbar). CA 01350 testing has not been done. Does anyone know if I can confirm meeting the credit requirements without the 01350 testing? The material is high recycled content based, paper products, etc... total VOC less than 1ppm. Thanks.
