The project is an innovation center, it has offices (63%), laboratory (28%) and data center (8%), the lab represents more than 10% of the area, we have to use the USGBC Calculator Case 2 Option 1- Labs, where we need to introduce the Source EUI from Portfolio Manager and the Peer Facility Average from Labs21.
Our question is: do we have to introduce the Lab data into Portfolio Manager, including energy consumption? or just this Lab data into Labs21 Benchmark? Because our concern is that we will duplicate the energy consumption introducing the same data in both benchmarks (Portfolio Manager and Labs21)

I think you are asking that submission of data to to two databases might duplicate your facility?
For ENERGY STAR portfolio manager users of the system do not have their data entered into the baseline case for their building type. A random and quality-controlled database is used (such as CBECS).
Likewise for I2SL, although recognized by USGBC as a source for benchmarking of laboratories, these are not imported to ENERGY STAR unless the facility also participated as a CBECS submitter.
You are safe to use both tools as needed.
