Hello,
I'm currently working on the certification for a college/university building that is 100% office space that is occupied by staff and student workers. Would this fall building under the University/College category on portfolio manager? If so what would be the space type on the case 2 calculator?

Hi Kevin, in this case I would use the Office property type on Portfolio Manager. The primary function of the building is the driver for which property type you use, so in this case since you have 100% office space, it shouldn't matter that the building is located on a college campus. You could send your question over to Energy Star to get written confirmation (which you can include in your LEED application) - I've found them to be pretty responsive.

Thanks for the clarification Trista. The switch from Education - General to Office made our EUI score substantially better.
