Hi,
While planning to obtain platinum level certification, there are difficulties in proving contractual matters such as demand response.
First of all, the pj owner has already signed a contract in the name of the complex with the demand responser operator for the entire complex and is reducing energy usage when necessary. (for example, coctract with "A campus")
In this case, in order for this particular project to be credited
1. Sign a new contract between the demand response operator and this specific project
(new contract between DR business operator - this PJ)
2. Signing of a mutual agreement or contract between the complex that has already signed a contract and this specific project
(new contract between "A campus"- this PJ)
Which method is right to apply?
In the current situation, it seems that only the second method is possible. Will I still be able to get points??

If the project owner already has a contract/agreement then you shouldn't need another one. Providing the existing contract along with an explanation of the relationships involved should be enough.

hello, Marcus, thanks for replying this post : )
Since, existing contract does not define how many energy percentage to reduce but contract with total capacity to reduce.
So, Our project team is trying to re contract with exactly percentage
thanks a lot.
