NC-v4 EAp2:Minimum energy performance

Hi All,

Our project composed of several buildings which share a group of main central plants (including several chillers and cooling towers).

Does below approach correct?

Baseline: simulate the whole campus with separated meters for each building (i.e. each certificate) and choose the correct baseline system according to Table 3.1.1A for each building.

Design: simulate the whole campus with the designed plants and use separated meters to capture the energy use of each building.

The LEED Reference Guide contains very specific guidance for how to model projects associated with a central plant. Your approach is not correct.
