CS-v4 EQp1:Minimum indoor air quality performance

Calculator's "Zone Discharge Airflow" for a Core & Shell Building

We are looking to achieve the v4 Minimum Indoor Air Quality Performance credit for an 11-story core and shell office building.  The building will be conditioned by central VAV AHUs (which are provided as part of the core and shell) and VAV terminal units downstream (which are provided by the future tenant).

The Minimum IAQ Performance Calculator calls for a “Zone Discharge Airflow” and a “Zone Primary Airflow”.  Since we are designing the core and shell and thus do not know the performance characteristics of the terminal units which will be provided by the future tenant, what should we assume for these values?  Should we use a proportional airflow in relation to the square footage of space it serves?  Or should we use output values from our EA Energy Model?  Please let me know.
