I was hoping to get some clarification about this prerequisite. We have a project of a complex of 7 buildings (6 office buildings and one data center) located inside a campus. Therefore, there are two LEED projects running, 1 group project and one data center. In order to comply with the prerequisite requirements the project team had installed additional 11 water meters, to capture the entire water consumption of the buildings and associate grounds. More specifically, there are 7 water meters for the buildings’ consumption (one for the indoor plumbing fixtures and fittings of each building), 1 for the data center equipment, 2 for the irrigation and 1 for the cooling tower.

I have a doubt on how the water consumption for irrigation and cooling tower recorded by these meters is entered on the WEp2 and WEc4 forms. For example, should we breakdown the irrigation consumption per building and add the relevant portions to each building or is it preferred to have the entire water consumption for irrigation included on only one building?
