CS-2009 SSc8:Light Pollution Reduction

Building Facade/Landscape Lighting or Exterior Site Areas

In the version 2.0 of the Core and Shell system, and the old version of LEED Online, the template consists of two tables for EXTERIOR LIGHTING SYSTEMS: 1 - Lighting Power Density Tabulation Exterior Site Areas 2 - Lighting Power Density Tabulation Building Facade / Landscape Lighting. Our project has lighting fixtures mounted on the facade, however they shine only downwards on the walkway, car park and patio. Which table I should fill in with the power density information for those fixtures? Exterior Site Areas or Building Facade?
