Do the required savings for this prerequisite (and credit) need to come only from building energy, or also process loads?

CS-v4 EAp2:Minimum energy performance

Building Envelope Air infiltration

Hi All, I am trying to establish if a project can take benefit in the energy model for an improved air infiltration rate for the building envelope over the baseline model. Are air infiltration rates accounted for under ASHRAE 2010? If so can anyone tell me what the baseline case would be?

As far as i know there is not yet an acceptable baseline for air infiltration so savings can not be claimed.
