I've scanned the discussions on Brownfield and didn't see this addressed directly. The Brownfield Redevelopment credit is designated as a Design Credit, yet the form requires documentation that the remediation has been completed in order for "Compliance" to be indicated. Remediation won't be completed until several months after we submit the design credits. So should we hold back on submitting this design credit or can we still submit, click "ready for review" and follow up with the documentation of remediation completion later?

If you are ready to submit for a design-phase review and you do not want SSc3 to hold that up, then submit SSc3 for review during the construction-phase submittal. Do Not click "ready for review" if you do not have all the information.
