EBOM-v4 EQc7:Green cleaning - products and materials

BioPreferred products - applicable for disinfectants, metal polish or other products?

Would a cleaning product that is USDA Certified BioPreferred meet the requirements for EBOM-v4 EQc7 - Green Cleaning products for 'disinectants, metal polish and other products'?  The particular product I am looking into is for a stainless steel cleaner, but this may also apply to other products within this section of the credit.
