CS-v4 LTc6:Bicycle facilities

Bicycle Rack

We are on a Core and Shell office project and is going to calculate the number of bicycle racks for the project. My question is, thus the use of Appendix 2 occupant density a mandatory? or we can use the same occupant density as when we computed the occupant load of the AC system for consistency?
