Can basic manual operated fabric shades be used for areas that are above 500fc? Something such as a Draper Manual Flexshade?
Thanks

Yes, there is no specific requirement as it relates to the VLT of the shades. However, use of manual shades does not allow projects to not consider values over 500fc in their calculations. The areas over 500fc will be considered as not being properly daylit. Only the use of automated shades will allow you to do this.
