we have a dormitory building with mechanical ventilation (treated with cooling to reach 20 C and a CAV reheat terminal ) only associated with ceiling fans, shall we model the baseline with no cooling or heating?

Climate zone: 2B

I am confused by your statement that there is cooling and reheat but only mechanical ventilation. Can you explain the system in more detail?
