Retail-CI-v4 EAp2:Minimum energy performance

Baseline Economizers

Standard ASHRAE 90.1-2010 states that Outdoor air exonomizers shall be included in baseline HVAC systems 3 trhough 8, with the exception 6.5.1d: Systems that include a condenser heat recovery system with a minimum capacity as defined in 6.5.6.2.2a or 6.5.6.2.2.b. My building is using heat pump VRF systems for air conditioning, do these systems apply to this exception?, Thank you,
