I understand the selection of the base building systems (number of floors, sf, etc.) My question is, if the packaged RTU's are gas fired heat, but the fan powered VAV boxes (in the proposed design) are electric reheat, is it correct to use the "electric and other" baseline system?
I'm assuming this is correct since, the primary downstream heating is electric reheat, even though the actual RTU is gas fired.

Baseline system is fossil fuel. See LEED Interpretation #10132.
