Would a Baseline Building model need to be average of 90, 180, and 270 degree rotations if Proposed Building model consists of new addition at an existing building? Or would the addition just need to be rotated?

For LEED the general guidance is that if the addition is greater than 50% of the total square footage of the entire building then the whole building needs to be rotated. The addition would never be rotated by itself.
