NC-v4 EAp2:Minimum energy performance

Baseline Building Information not availiable

Hi, I am working on LEED ID+C project in which we do not have any info regarding COP of chiller, Fan Flow, Fan power, Pump power etc. So what should I do to input that? Should I use the same assumptions that I used for baseline ?

No, they could be worse. You should be able to obtain the name plate information of the equipment in question and then look up the information you need to model it accurately.
