Base Building certifcation in progress

we have a v2009 project in a base building that's in process for LEEDv2009 EBOM certification. We're ready to submit the design credits for review, but the landlord doesn't expect to have their final certification until January. Can we add this (to both PI and SSc1) during the Construction review phase? or should we wait to submit anything until we have the buildng cert in hand?

Did you ever make a decision on this, or find a response? I'm in the same situation, and would rather defer this to Construction when the Base building should be done.

You can defer this to Construction (like any other design credit). I believe the PI form has an option for "certification in progress" so you can submit that in design phase and update it in the construction phase.
