EBOM-2009 IEQc1.1:IAQ Best Management Practices—IAQ Management Program

Audit during Establishment or Performance Period?

In the LEEDonline v5 form states that the audit report should be conducted and uploaded during the Establishment period. Although information here on LEEDuser and the report LEED EBOM Stress Test Report states the audit should be conducted during the Performance period. Which is correct? Does it matter?

Hi Jaida I think the term "establishment" might be a little misleading. My impression is that this term applies to one-time events like surveys, audits, or installations. This is in contrast to "performance" which would be any ongoing tracking. I think these items would include things like materials purchasing, energy consumption, water meter readings, etc. That said, regardless of if the requirement falls under establishment or performance in the v5 forms, all efforts related to certification have to have a performance period and fall within the same performance period window. Let me know if that doesn't make sense. It feels tricky to explain. Best Hannah
