Audit Documentation

I am working on an office building that is 16 floors with each floor approximately 18,000 sf. I noticed from a previous comment that the Baseline audit should be relatively short, taking 1-3 hours per building. With that being said, I would like to know that as part of the audit documentation I would be able to use a single 'Baseline IAQ Audit Form', in the above Tools section for the entire building or would I need to complete a Form for each floor or zone? Thanks

Hi Trevor, you can use a single audit form for the entire building. The Notes column is handy for recording any spaces, equipment, etc that require attention.
