I'd like some assistance on defining my fixture groups. My project has the same public lavs, water closets, and urinal fixtures throughout the building with very similar occupant usage patterns. It's all single tenant so everyone has access to all floors and fixtures. This suggests 1 group. However, the kitchen sink fixture is different and has a different flow rate on each of the 4 floors. Further, there are zero (0) FTE on the 4th floor, it's just a conference room and kitchen/breakroom (no workstations). Everyone on floors 1-3 has access to the 4th floor kitchen sink in addition to their floor's kitchen sink. How should I set up my fixture groups and/or "Percent of Occupants" figures to account for the differences on my kitchen sinks? Thank you!
