We have Core & Shell project while calculating the area of the locations, Pif and EAp2 have difference approximately 4% please let us know what is the maximum percentage deviation.

I don't think this would be a problem. If you were using the older forms and not the new excel spreadsheet you would see that there was an allowance of 10% when referencing the model area compared to PIf area.
