We have a client in a far northern climate that wants to achieve additional credit by installing rain gardens to handle runoff during the summer rainy season. They will not be able to begin construction until spring. The building is already complete and in soft opening mode and they want to submit for certification before the work on the rain gardens is complete. Has anyone had experience with GBCI accepting plans, contracts, etc. (along with the requisite calcs) as 'evidence' that these measures fulfill the requirements of SSc6 (plus contributions to WEc1, etc.) Thanks in advance.
