NC-v4 EQc2: Low emitting materials
Applicable or not? 1. Tile backerboard like Georgia Pacific DensShield that has tile installed over it on the walls. 2. Concrete sealer used on the floor of the non-inhabited mechanical room?

Hi Brianne,
The concrete sealer is included as an interior coating, even though the room is not inhabited, the VOCs can still affect other habitable areas.
There is additional guidance on the page linked below in the walls section that states that all of the wall system components must be included (substrate and adhesives as well).
