I have two credits from my design final review that were denied. However, we would like to submit our credits for construction prelim review. The client doesn't know if they want to appeal just yet and it may be awhile for them to make up their minds. Does anyone know if it is possible to submit for appeal and construction preliminary review simultaneously or do you have to accept the results of the design final review and choose not to appeal before you can move forward.

I believe Option C - you can move forward without appealing now, go through the construction review, and then choose to appeal any credits from either review prior to accepting the certification.

You don't have to "accept" the design review, you'll simply move on with each credit or prerequisite having the status as described and the act of accepting the review or appealing can take place at the end for all credits/prerequisites.

You can appeal at pretty much anytime, even after your construction review. Whether it makes sense to do so at the same time, or before or after the construction prelim depends on the credits in question and if they are related to any other credits you are pursuing. So which credits are you considering for appeal?
