Hi All,

Originally in the Credit language Option 2:

"Financial support must be provided to a nationally or locally recognized land trust or conservation organization within the same EPA Level III ecoregion or the project’s state (or within 100 miles of the project [160 kilometers] for projects outside the U.S.)."

So, we were trying to contact different organization that may have programme within 160km of our site.

I would like to ask if we are now able to achieve 1 point in "SSc Site Development-Protect or Restore Habitat" by providing required amount of financial support to NFWF or FAS without any other constraint?

Hi, Yes, you can achieve the credit by using this Pilot ACP and donating to NFWF or FAS. Also, take a look at the v4.1 credit substitution and version of the pilot credit. The threshold has changed and may be helpful to you. We are pursuing that (v4.1 of the Pilot ACP) on an urban project with very limited onsite opportunities.
