Hi,
The option 2 financial support must be made annually, but the client clearly wouldn't want to be obliged forever. Can the client specify a minimum number of years in the agreement?

Hi Ameet, there's no requirement for how many years you need to specify in your agreement. You'll need to confirm that contributions will be made annually by checking a box on the credit form, but you don't need to commit to a single organization in perpetuity in the agreement. That said, if you plan to maintain your EBOM certification by recertifying in 5 years, you may want the agreement to reflect a 5 year commitment just to ensure you'll be covered for that first recertification performance period. But again, that's just a strategy to consider - it's not a requirement.
