Greetings: We will be seeking this credit through Air Testings. In our case the amount of separate ventilation systems is the one that will determine the amount of air testing locations. My question is: We have six (6) ventilation systems. Two (2) fans coil units that only serve Data Rooms and seven (7) Exhaust Fans. According to the LEED space matrix, the Data Room, even though that it has a separate ventilation system does not need to be tested. But, the restrooms with exhaust fans, need an air testing per each exhaust fan. Therefore, my total shall be 13 testing points. Is this assumption correct?
