We have a laboratory with very high indoor air requirements. Due to the high demands on the quality of the room air, no air may be circulated. This means that the proportion of outside air is always 100%. Is it possible to remove the Air Economizer in the Baseline in this case? similar to Proposed. Thank you!

I would recommend applying Addendum cn to 90.1-2010, which allows Baseline systems serving only laboratory spaces that are prohibited from recirculating return air by code or accreditation standards to be modeled as 100% outdoor air. In this case economizer controls would not apply because the Baseline would always be 100% outdoor air.
