Dear All,
If a sealant is tested and certified as compliant to GEV EMICODE EC1+ standard requirements, and is purchased in Europe by an european millworker which will install furniture provided in Europe within a US project, may the project team claim LEED compliance for this product within EQc2?
The intent of the millworker is to be LEED compliant, but in Europe the most of the available products are AgBB-based tested, which seems to be accepted only "for projects outside the US", as the Reference Guide states.
My thought is that this product is fully compliant, since the EC1 requirements are more stringent that CDPH regulation limits applied in the US.
Thank you.
