Hi, Currently we are working in a office project. For the aesthetic purposes the project owners has selected flow fittings which does not meet the LEED requirement. Therefore they have agreed to use aerators and flow restrictors in their flow fittings to comply LEED requirement. The aerator brand they are using is Neoperl. For LEED submission we can provide spec sheets of both water fittings and aerators. Our question is do we have to provide a third party test report to clarify the flow rates after they are installed with the aerators apart from the spec sheets? Thank you.
